• To generate your personal Talent Passport based on your Discovery Journey responses.
• To allow you to access, review, and download your Talent Passport from your Personal Dashboard.

• To process payments securely through PayPal (we do not store your credit card or PayPal credentials).

Your Talent Passport is private by default. Only you can access it through your account. You may choose to share it with advisors, mentors, or anyone you trust — that decision is entirely yours. We retain your account data and Talent Passport for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., transaction records).
