1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Tarlivy. If you are under 18, we recommend using the platform with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@tarlivy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Discovery Journey & Talent Passport

• The free Discovery Journey and Talent Passport are provided at no cost for personal, non-commercial use.
• Your responses are used solely to generate your personal Talent Passport and improve your experience.
• Your Talent Passport is private by default. You control whether and with whom to share it.
• Tarlivy does not guarantee specific outcomes, career placements, academic admissions, or life results based on your Talent Passport.

4. Paid Packages

Tarlivy offers optional paid packages (Deep Dive, Strategy Report, Complete Package) processed securely through PayPal.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD before purchase.
• Payment: Payments are final upon confirmation. PayPal handles all transaction processing.
• Delivery: Digital reports are delivered via email and/or your Personal Dashboard after payment confirmation.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@tarlivy.com within 7 days of purchase with your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute the platform's content, methodology, or code.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Tarlivy — including text, design, logos, methodology, exercises, and the Talent Passport framework — is owned by Tarlivy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may download and share your personal Talent Passport for individual use, but you may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Tarlivy may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., MastersRelation, PayPal). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of external sites. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tarlivy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Results from the Discovery Journey will lead to specific educational or career outcomes.
• The content is suitable for every individual's unique circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarlivy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost opportunities, educational decisions, or career outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific paid package in question, or $0 if you used only free features.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Tarlivy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
